Field Service Technician (M/F/D) Southwest

For Installation & Service of Video and Merchandise Security Systems in Southwest Germany

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable field service technician*. Permanent position with the earliest possible start date.

You are responsible for the installation of our products directly at our customers’ sites. You will configure and install video and merchandise security systems as well as other products from our solution portfolio.

When handling larger projects, you will coordinate subcontractors; you will implement smaller projects yourself. In addition, you are responsible for troubleshooting as well as for the maintenance and service of our systems.

• Class B driver’s license.
• Our solutions are mostly IT-based. However, you will need experience in the electrical sector for the installation.
• Therefore, a completed apprenticeship as an electrician, mechatronics technician or comparable professional experience is important.
• Technical know-how in the field of CCTV or security systems is welcome.

By the way, you drive from home to the customer and of course you get all the work equipment from us such as notebook, smartphone, tools and machines. Your work schedule, which you help to influence, is coordinated with the office. Depending on the distance, overnight stays are sometimes necessary.
